Rhubarb Grapefruit Jam (8 oz.)

This rhubarb is sustainably grown in Loulou's own garden. This jam is made in very small batches in order to preserve (excuse the pun) its special flavor. The rhubarb is combined with organic ruby grapefruits (zest and juice) that add a honey flavor.
