Cornichons (16 oz.) SOLD OUT! - so sorry!

Our cornichons were organically grown by Lagier Ranches from seeds that we found in Italy. They are pickled in a fine Italian (it seems appropriate) white wine vinegar with a chili and garlic. Try one and you will think of a dozen different ways to serve them - with cold roast beef on a hot summer night, alongside some pate de campagne, slivered on a tuna sandwich - or, eat every last one straight from the jar! We try every year to make enough to last at least through Christmas. Ever optimistic we think we may be able to do it this year. However, as the saying goes, it's always good to buy early and buy often.
