Blueberry Jam (8 oz.)

Our blueberries come from an organic farm along the Madera River in the San Joaquin Valley. They are in season for only a few weeks each year and are so sweet that we added only a bit of sugar and, on a whim, we added Meyer lemon juice. We love this dark, sweet thick berry jam!
